Step 1: Getting Started
Let's schedule a sales call below. If we're a good fit for your project you can request an agreement. Once signed, you'll receive an intake form and be introduced to your designer. This is the first phase to your property setup!
Step 2: Design Call & Property Visit
You'll meet your designer so we can learn more about your vision and how we can help execute it. We'll also be visiting the property to take measurements and understand current colors, textures, and materials!
Step 3: Proposal Phase
We'll be generating some proposal documents for you to review. This includes floor plans, virtual boards, and a purchasing list. You'll be able to view the proposed designs and approve or change items. Once approved, you'll receive the invoice for the selected items.
Step 4: Orders & Execution
Once invoices are taken care of, our purchasing team will place all orders for furniture & essentials. As items are being delivered our team will be bringing the items inside to assemble & setup. The timeline for this will vary based on quantity of items, lead times, etc.
Step 5: Go-Live
Once items have been delivered, assembled, and setup, our team will be conducting a final inventory count. You'll be receiving a project completion notice shortly afterwards informing you the property is rent-ready!
