Bee Setups, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, specializes in home setup services. We transform empty properties into fully designed, furnished, and guest-ready spaces. Our services cater primarily to real estate investors, investment funds, developers, property managers, and other professionals in the real estate industry. Personal Information We Collect

We collect personal data in a transparent manner and clearly define its usage. The types of information we collect include, but are not limited to:

Property Access Information: Door codes, lockbox combinations, smart lock credentials, and similar access credentials provided to us solely for the purpose of performing services at your property.
Network and Usage Data: Browsing activity, IP address, and interactions with our website and advertisements.
Visual Records: Photographs, video, and digital floorplans of properties we service.
Voice Recordings: Telephone calls, video conferences, and other communications between you and Bee Setups or its representatives, recorded pursuant to your consent in our Service Agreement.

How We Collect Your Information

Bee Setups may collect personal information from the following sources:

Direct interactions, including website form submissions, phone calls, and consultations.
Signed Service Agreements and Contractor Agreements.
Automated data collection technologies, including cookies and website tracking tools.
Third-party service providers who support our business functions, such as analytics and payment processing.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent for ongoing project communications are collected exclusively through our signed Service Agreement, signed Contractor Agreement, and verbal consent captured during onboarding calls. We do not collect mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent through our website forms.

How We Use Your Information

We may process personal information in compliance with applicable regulations and for the following purposes:

Service Delivery: To plan, design, furnish, and set up real estate properties.
Contract Fulfillment: Managing project timelines, orders, and payments.

SMS Communications and Mobile Information

Bee Setups offers SMS and text messaging exclusively to signed clients and signed contractors for the purpose of project coordination, including scheduling, delivery windows, design approvals, on-site logistics, project status updates, and routine customer service responses. Bee Setups does not send marketing or promotional content via SMS.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected exclusively through:

The signed Bee Setups Service Agreement, which contains an SMS consent clause for clients;
The signed Bee Setups Contractor Agreement, which contains an SMS consent clause for contractors and vendors; and
Verbal consent captured during onboarding calls and logged in our project management system.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency varies based on project activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information. We may share data with:

Bee Setups Employees, Contractors, and Affiliates: To fulfill business operations and provide services.
Service Providers and Business Partners: Including suppliers, logistics companies, payment processors, and financial institutions, solely as necessary to deliver the contracted services.
Legal Counsel, Accountants, and Auditors: In connection with our business operations.
Regulatory Authorities and Law Enforcement: When required by law or to prevent fraud.
Project Stakeholders: Such as developers, property managers, and investors involved in your project, only to the extent necessary to coordinate project execution.

The categories of sharing described above specifically exclude text messaging originator opt-in data, mobile phone numbers collected through signed agreements for SMS purposes, and SMS consent records. Such information is not shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.

Property Photography and Visual Content

In connection with our services, Bee Setups photographs and films the properties we furnish upon completion of services. By engaging Bee Setups, clients grant Bee Setups and its affiliated media accounts the right to photograph, film, record, edit, publish, and distribute images and recordings of the property for purposes of advertising, portfolio use, and other marketing or publicity-related purposes. Bee Setups retains full ownership of all such photographs and recordings, including all associated copyrights and intellectual property rights.

Bee Setups will not publicly disclose a client's full name, street address, or other personal identifying information in connection with published content without prior written consent. Full terms governing property photography rights are set forth in the executed Service Agreement.

Call and Video Recording

Bee Setups records telephone calls, video conferences, and other communications between clients and Bee Setups representatives pursuant to the consent provided in the executed Service Agreement. Recordings are treated as confidential business records and are used for quality assurance, training, dispute resolution, and compliance purposes. Bee Setups has no obligation to retain any recordings for any specific period of time.

Data Security and Retention

Bee Setups implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

We retain client information for a period of three (3) years following completion or termination of services, or for such longer period as may be required by applicable law, for purposes of warranty coordination, dispute resolution, legal compliance, financial recordkeeping, and business analytics. Information that has been anonymized or aggregated may be retained indefinitely for benchmarking and portfolio analysis purposes.

Property access credentials, including door codes and lockbox combinations, are used solely to perform services and are not retained after completion of services unless required for warranty coordination or dispute resolution. Clients are responsible for changing property access credentials upon completion of services.

Data Breach Notification

In the event Bee Setups becomes aware of an unauthorized acquisition of unencrypted client information that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of such information, Bee Setups will notify affected clients within a commercially reasonable timeframe and within any timeframe required by applicable state or federal law.

Your Rights Over Your Data

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access Your Data: Request a copy of the personal information we hold.
Correct Your Information: Request updates to incorrect or incomplete data.
Delete Your Information: Request the removal of personal data where legally permitted.

Bee Setups does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. Our services are directed to real estate professionals and investors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete such information.
